Delete your entire BetterPlate account in the app and understand what happens before confirming.
1. Delete in the app
Open BetterPlate and sign in. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Review the data and subscription warning, then confirm. This deletes the complete BetterPlate account; it is not temporary deactivation.
2. If you cannot access the app
Email info@kardstudio.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We may request proportionate verification. We process the request as soon as possible and no later than 30 days where Turkish data-protection law applies.
3. Data deleted and retained
The authentication account, profile, brand profile, social handles, notification tokens, uploaded media, generated output, favorites, generation history, token balance, and linked usage records are removed from active BetterPlate systems.
Limited records required for law, a purchase dispute, fraud prevention, or security may be separated, access-restricted, and deleted after the mandatory period. Provider backups may clear during their normal deletion cycles.
4. Cancel Apple subscription separately
Deleting BetterPlate data may not cancel an Apple-managed subscription. To prevent a future charge, go to iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions > BetterPlate and cancel separately. Refunds follow Apple rules and mandatory consumer law.
5. Deletion cannot be undone
After deletion finishes, gallery items, token balance, and account access cannot be restored. Download anything you want to keep first. Signing in with Apple or Google again creates a new account and does not restore old data.
