These terms are between you and Kadir Harmanci, the developer and service provider of BetterPlate (“BetterPlate,” “we,” or “us”), and govern the BetterPlate app and related services at https://betterplate.kardstudio.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Our Privacy Policy is a notice, not consent. For iOS distribution, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

BetterPlate provides AI-assisted food image and short-video generation, background editing, themes, presentation choices, brand elements, and a gallery. Availability and generation time may vary by model, device, network, and plan.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. Otherwise, use BetterPlate only when a parent or legal guardian authorizes and supervises the account. An App Store content age rating is separate from contractual capacity.

You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for securing your device and sign-in method. Notify us of unauthorized access.

You must own or have all permissions needed for photos, videos, logos, brands, likenesses, prompts, and other content you upload. You retain your rights. You grant BetterPlate a non-exclusive, purpose-limited license only to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and support the content as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your content or use it in BetterPlate advertising.

Before the first generation, BetterPlate provides a separate notice and permission choice for sending selected content to third-party AI providers. If you decline, that generation does not start.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs personally or commercially. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other output, or evoke third-party material. You must review it before publishing. BetterPlate does not guarantee uniqueness, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The purchase screen shows price, duration, token allowance, and renewal terms. Apple charges your account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.

Recurring tokens apply to the stated subscription period and may reset as described in the plan. Extra token packs are a separate balance and do not expire by time unless clearly stated otherwise. A started generation may consume provider resources, so used tokens may not be restored unless there is a technical failure or mandatory consumer right.

Refunds and billing follow Apple rules and mandatory consumer law. Price changes apply to future renewals using Apple’s required notice or consent process. Deleting a BetterPlate account may not cancel an Apple subscription.

Do not use BetterPlate for illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content. Do not use another person’s image or brand without authority; bypass security; reverse engineer; scrape; use bots; manipulate tokens or payments; or interfere with the service.

We may proportionately restrict access for a security risk, fraud, payment abuse, legal requirement, or material breach. Except in urgent cases, we will explain the reason and offer an opportunity to correct it where practical.

You may delete your account in the app. We provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting price, core functionality, or rights, and request renewed acceptance or permission where law requires it. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.

BetterPlate is provided as available and we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every AI output will meet your expectations. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, data-protection duties, or liability that cannot legally be limited, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for unforeseeable indirect losses. Any monetary limit does not apply where mandatory law requires another remedy.

Turkish law governs these terms. Mandatory jurisdiction and consumer remedies, including the competent consumer arbitration committee or court at the consumer’s residence where applicable, remain available. These terms do not require advance waiver of a statutory complaint, representative, or collective remedy.

If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Material updates are posted with a new effective date. Version: 2026.08.13.
